The Twinkle Program

Cost:   $85 per camper

Designed for campers already learning to play their instruments but not yet reading music on their own, the Twinkle Program is the perfect fit for many young campers!

The Twinkle Program provides a fun-filled, educational experience for those not quite ready for the Beginner Orchestra but beyond the foundational lessons covered in the Pre-Twinkle Program. Campers will have the opportunity to learn basic music theory, rhythm and counting, string-playing technique, and fundamental concepts of playing together!

Twinkle campers will also learn several songs together, both sacred and classical, and will have the opportunity to share what they have learned in one of Friday’s concerts.

If you’re looking for an intermediate step between our existing early-level programs, then the Twinkle Program is the place to be!

Program Requirements

• Each camper must have an instrument that is in working condition.
• Each camper must have a basic understanding of how to play his or her instrument.
• Parents are strongly encouraged to attend the program each day with their child.
• Each camper will participate in the concert on Friday.
• Parents will need to pick up their child each day at the close of the program. No child care will be provided.
